Dr. Fernando Almeida - Orthognathic Surgery

The Patient needed a treatment for her "gummy smile", due to a vertical Maxillary Excess (VME). The treatment consisted in a pre-surgical orthodontic, followed by orthognathic surgery - Suprior Maxillary Repositioning of 6 mm -, and immediate replacement of the centrals with Frialit 2 implants.
