To allow the surgeon to make the most comprehensive assessment, please take your pictures in the following format:

• Send us both front and back profiles
• Send left and right profiles, and as many angles as possible

We suggest you send photos no larger than 100 kb - uploading larger photos may take an extended time.

After the doctors review, we will email you his expert opinion and recommendations. We are happy to answer any questions you might have; don't hesitate to contact us.
